1. About these terms
This website is operated by Campoz ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products and information
We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product specifications are provided by our suppliers. Always use camping gear – including stoves, fire pits and water filters – in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and local laws, including fire bans.

3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order – for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn at any time. The WELCOME10 code can be used once per customer.

6. Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled under our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website, including text and images, may not be copied without our permission.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
