All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout – we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options and costs for your address are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
How will I know my order has shipped?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on its way, with tracking details when they're available. If you haven't heard from us, just get in touch with your order number.
Returns & warranty
What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have other problems fixed within a reasonable time.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, before sending anything back, and we'll let you know your options. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Using your gear
Can I use the fire pits during fire restrictions?
Always check your local fire authority and total fire ban days before lighting any fire pit, brazier or grill.
Do the water filters make any water safe?
Our filters are designed to remove bacteria and protozoa. They don't remove viruses or chemicals – always follow local water safety advice.
